NAC President writes to the CBT members of EPFO

Under Save EPS 95 Pensioners Campign
NAC Chief Commander Ashok Raut wrote Letter to all Hon.CBT Members:-
*Request made for sanction of minimum pension of Rs.7500/- +DA in CBT meeting to be held on 20.11.2021.
*It is possible to provide a minimum pension of Rs.7500+DA from the pension fund, this is shown by a table.
*In the same letter, the issue of accepting the demand for higher pension has also been raised by withdrawing the interim letter dated 31.05.2017 of EPFO.

*It has also been written in the letter that the demands of EPS 95 pensioners should be approved soon so that the pensioners can be saved and the chain hunger strike in Buldhana for the last 3 years can be ended respectfully.

*The letter dated 4 March 2020 has also been added for reference along with the letter Dtd.08.11.2021.

  • It may be known that on Dtd.05.10.2021, Commander Ashok Raut along with the central team of NAC in Delhi, met CBT member and President of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Shri HJ Pandya, CBT member and General Secretary of Hind Mazdoor Sabha, Hon Harbhajan Singh Sidhu, CBT member representative of AITUC, also discussed with all of them and submitted a Memorandum. Also, it was submitted that now the time has come to take a decision on the 4-point demands of EPS 95 pensioners.
